Gender diversity is an umbrella term used to describe gender identities that demonstrate a diversity of expression beyond the binary framework. Gender Diversity also refers to the extent to which a person's gender identity, role, or expression differs from the cultural norms prescribed for people of a particular sex.

 

LGBT+ LGBT stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people. However, it is recognized that those four letters do not necessarily include all those whose sexuality is not heterosexual or whose gender identity is not based on a traditional gender binary. + reflect the diverse sexual orientations.
